Are you a passionate Physical Therapy Assistant who wants to work in a peaceful, intentional, spa-like clinic serving women?

Are you tired of high-volume, impersonal PT settings that leave you drained? Do you crave deeper connections, purposeful work, and a calm clinical environment where you can truly help clients heal?

If you’re nodding yes, you might be the next incredible addition to our team at Body Motion Physical Therapy.

About This Role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our mission-driven team. Whether you’re newly licensed or experienced, this is your chance to work with a population you’ll love: women navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, in a setting that values time, care, and clinical excellence.

This position is perfect for someone who:

Believes in preventative care and wants to help women avoid surgeries, medications, and unnecessary interventions.

Wants to empower women to feel strong, confident, and energized at every stage of life.

Desires mentorship, training, and growth in the fastest-growing pelvic floor PT clinic in the Pacific Northwest.

About Us

We specialize in pelvic floor therapy and whole-body wellness for women. Every client receives customized care, free from insurance constraints. Our downtown Edmonds clinic offers breathtaking water views, a spa-like aesthetic, and a healing-centered culture.

What You’ll Get

Flexible Schedule. 20 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Compensation. Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Paid mentorship and clinical onboarding.

401k with 2% match.

Health insurance for eligible team members.

Paid holidays for full-time staff.

Sick leave: 1 hour per 40 hours worked.

Vacation time for employees working 30+ hours per week.

Parking permit provided.

Additional custom benefits and incentives available.

Qualifications

Required:

Physical Therapy Assistant license (Washington State eligible).

Growth-oriented with a positive, collaborative spirit.

Passion for women’s health and lifelong learning.

Preferred but not required:

Pelvic floor training or related experience.

Ideal Skills:

Compassionate, client-centered approach.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working independently with accountability.

Open to growth, feedback, and professional development.

Why You’ll Love It Here

You’ll guide women through some of the most transformative seasons of their lives, and yes, we get baby pictures.

Positive, team-centered culture with no drama, just support, fun, baked goods, and coffee runs.

No micromanagement. You’ll be trained and supported, then trusted to thrive.

Growth potential. We promote from within.

Out-of-network by design, which means no insurance red tape and more time for high-quality care.
