Monroe Smiles is seeking an exceptional person to coordinate care for our patients. Patient care coordinators are expected to:
Answer phone calls, texts and emails
Greet patients entering our office
Discuss treatment and treatment costs with patients
Make sure our patients get the treatment they need by scheduling their appointments
Collect payments from patients
Provide remarkable customer service
While dental experience is not required, it is preferred. Regardless of your experience level, we will provide ongoing training in our systems and scripts to maximize your success at our office and to maximize the patient experience.
