Integrated chiropractic center located in Edmonds, WA seeks an experienced patient care coordinator to cover a maternity leave. We are a small locally owned clinic with easy going patients who are happy to be in our space. Our staff has good retention, are happy to be here and work well together. Our goal is to create a fun, healthy work environment that is supportive while providing great service to our patients.
This position requires a hands-on approach with exceptional communication skills, multi-tasking required as well being good with organization and details. This is a customer facing roll so excellent customer service is also a must.
Hours needed are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30-2pm Training will begin in May on a more flexible schedule. Start date is likely to be mid June through mid September.

· Work closely with providers to optimize operational flow
· Organizing and coordinating office operations, procedures
