Looking for individuals who have excellent customer service skills and optical sales experience or willing to be trained for optical sales. The ideal candidate would be friendly, detail oriented, and able to multitask, and most importantly a good team player with a positive attitude.
Duties include checking in and checking out patients, scheduling appointment, checking and billing insurance, helping customers for glasses frame/lens orders and contact lens orders or training.
Work schedule is 8 hour day shift, part time or full-time (3-5days per week).
Payment is $22/hour and above (based on experience).

Requirement include high school graduate, computer skills plus willing to learn EHR system and 1 year of customer service experience.
