At CAYA (acronym for Come As You Are) Massage Therapy, we embrace inclusivity, comfort and healing. We believe that everyone deserves a welcoming environment where they can experience skilled, safe and respectful therapeutic massage therapy during Weekday afternoon-evenings and Saturdays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide a variety of massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty techniques.

Access clients' needs and customize treatments to ensure maximum comfort and wellness.

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in accordance with hygiene standards.

Offer professional advice on post-massage care, stretching or other therapeutic techniques.

Build and maintain client relationships by delivering exceptional service.

Manage scheduling and communication efficiently for weekend and evening appointments,

Ensure compliance with all local and state licensing requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensed massage therapist LMT in WA state with current certification.

Proficiency in a wide variety of massage techniques

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create a calming atmosphere.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Prior experience in spa, wellness center, or clinical settings is a plus.

CPR/First Aid Certified
