I am looking for 2 to 3 RNs or LPNs to build a team for my care. Shifts needed are every Monday, Friday, Sunday and every other Saturday. Shift times are 7am to 7pm or 9am to 7pm. I am a 42-year-old male quadriplegic. I consider myself very outgoing and full of life! I really enjoy Live concerts, stand-up comedy shows, and going to the movies! I live in a clean and well organized home. My care includes ADLs, passive range of motion, Hoyer lift transfers, tracheal suctioning (will train for this skill) and driving me to various activities in my personal van. MUST:
Current Washington state Nursing license
Have valid driver's license AND dependable transportation
