Down to Earth Dental is a thriving private practice with two offices in Tacoma. We are NOT owned by a DSO.
We are seeking an experienced and confident General Dentist to join our South Tacoma team. This is a permanent full-time position, working 3 days/week with an option to work additional shifts at our Northeast Tacoma office, if desired. We do "bread and butter" dentistry, so you should be comfortable with routine restorative, extractions and basic endo. The team is professional, fun to work with, process-driven and drama-free.
Compensation is 30% of adjusted production plus a monthly bonus and a $100/hour guaranteed minimum for the first three months. After one year, Dentists may elect to work on a sliding scale based on hourly production, with compensation topping out at 38% of adjusted production. We offer health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
