We are looking for a full time or part time dental hygienist to join our office family as we have a hygienist retiring after 35 years! We see patients 8:30-5:30 Mon-Fri with 1 hour appointments and a 1 hour lunch. We would consider someone for at least 2 days. We're hoping to hire someone to start ASAP.
Our practice has been serving the community for over 40 years, and centers on values of honesty, loyalty, and commitment to each other and our patients. We have patients and staff that have been with us for 30+ years. This is the kind of office people come to and stay with because of the atmosphere and team we have built.
We have a team of long term hygienists, a staff of 5 assistants (one designated hygiene assistant who is beloved by our hygienists), 3 front office staff, and 2 full time dentists. You will be valued and supported while providing care to our patients. We truly believe that while there are many hygiene positions out there, the people you work with and the character of the office matter most.
Compensation includes hourly wage DOE, PTO that increases with tenure, an additional paid week of holiday pay, possible medical benefits for full time, in office dental, and a 401K with matching up to 4% of salary after a qualifying period for a minimum of 3 days per week worked.
We give 1 hour for recall patients, no double booking, more when an FMX or S/RP is scheduled. We use Open Dental software.
