Patient Advocate / Dental Front Office (Federal Way/Northeast Tacoma)
Down to Earth Dental is a privately-owned dental office with two locations in Tacoma. We’re looking for a patient-focused dental professional to join our Northeast Tacoma/Federal Way front office team. This job is responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, handling payments, presenting treatment plans and providing administrative support. This is a full time position.
Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8:00am-8:00pm and Friday and Saturday 8:00-4:00pm.
Base pay is $20-30 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include monthly bonus, up to 19 paid days off per year, health insurance, free dental and 401(k) retirement plan with 100% employer match.
We require at least 2 years of dental front office experience, excellent command of Dentrix and solid communication skills.
