Position will include the following experience needed:
Supporting patient base:
Helping patients feel comfortable and welcomed
Helping patients understand their dental benefits and co-pays.
Helping patients schedule their dental appointments
Supporting office needs:
Answer phones
Collecting patient co-pays and account balances
Manage patient schedule
Verify and enter Insurance as needed
Patient recare calls when needed
Support the Dr. with specialist referrals and prescriptions
Misc. general office needs for a dental office
