We are looking for an Office Financial Coordinator for the daily operations of our small dental practice, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning while delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves handling administrative tasks and coordinating with patients and vendors to support the overall success of the practice.
Duties:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA .
Greet patients, handle inquiries, and manage patient records.
Address patient complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication and exceptional service.
Oversee billing, coding, and insurance claims processing.
Handle patient payments and financial arrangements, including payment plans and collections.
Ensure the office meets all regulatory and licensing requirements.
Prepare and submit reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and financial records.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in dental office administrative job.
Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology.
Spanish speaker is a plus
