We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Front Desk professional to join our team! If you have great people skills and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for patients, we’d love to meet you.
Primary responsibilities include:
Welcome and check in patients with a friendly attitude
Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix
Answer calls and texts using the Weave system
Check insurance benefits before appointments
Take payments and manage patient balances
Keep patient records accurate and up to date
Work with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly
Handle office emails, mail, and other basic tasks
Help explain treatment plans to patients (a plus)
Follow HIPAA rules and protect patient privacy
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of dental front desk or dental assisting experience (Required)
Proficiency in dental software (Dentrix preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism
Associate degree or equivalent (required)
English required; Mandarin a plus
Office Hours:
Monday to Wednesday 8:00 am to 5: 00 pm;
Thursday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
