The Opportunity
We just hired an amazing surgical assistant, but our other surgical assistant will be out on maternity leave until January, and we are growing! We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and positive Surgical Dental Assistant to join our team. If you have a strong background in dental surgery and periodontics, love working with people, and are looking for a workplace that truly values you — you may be the perfect fit!
You’ll play a vital role in assisting during surgical procedures and helping manage a full column of patients independently.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting Pay: $30–$35 per hour
Advanced Pay: $34–$39 per hour (after independently managing a column of patients you are eligible for Quarterly Bonus: $2,000 every quarter ($8,000 annually) based on commitment to the practice).

What We’re Looking For
-Minimum 3 years of surgical dental assisting experience (periodontics strongly preferred)
-Skilled at assisting in a variety of periodontal surgical procedures
-Ability to independently run a column of patients after onboarding
-Strong communication skills and patient care focus
-Positive attitude and team player mentality
-Must type 50+ words per minute
-Active Washington State Dental Assistant registration/certification
-CPR Certification (current)
