Soundview Group Home in Stanwood is looking for new Direct Support Staff!
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will help our clients live full and meaningful lives. All of our clients have physical and intellectual challenges.
You will get all the training to become a fully qualified DSP, while working with a small team supporting 4-5 residents in a group home setting. This job is perfect for caring, creative, and fun people looking to use their skillsets to help others
This is not just a typical "caregiving" job, although those skills are part of the package. We are here to assure that our clients have every opportunity to live their best lives and make memories.
We currently need full- time and part- time staff for both AM and PM shifts.
Starting pay is $21.93 per hour with regular rate increases.
You must be able to pass a background check, get and keep an NAR, get a food handler’s card, and pass a drug test. Please have a HS diploma or equivalent, a desire to help others, a driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
