Job Description
1. Assists the patient with light housekeeping
2. Meal preparation, getting mail
3. Shower stand by assistance
4. Accompany and drive the client to the shopping/doctors appointment
5. Remind the patient to get up and exercise
6. Remind the patient to take self-administered medications
7. Reports changes in patient condition & complete appropriate records
8. Other tasks Defined in the care plan.
Training and in-home shadowing is available
Requirements: Home care and facility experience preferred, Active driver’s license
