Philanthropia Adult Family Home is currently looking for Caregivers (HCA/CNA - all levels of experience) to join our team. We are located in the quiet Eastlake neighborhood in Seattle, near the Seattle Arboretum. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing care to patients and assisting them with their daily necessities. All staff will be required to obtain relevant training, including first aid certification and CPR certification. Schedule:
Monday, Saturday - Night shift (7pm - 8am) and Friday - Day shift (8am-7pm)
Pay range:
20$-23$/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff.
Assist in administering prescribed medications to patients.
Record patients' vitals, diet, and activities.
Provide companionship and basic care to patients.
Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
Qualifications:
All levels of experience accepted!
Ability to build rapport with patients.
Compassionate and caring demeanor.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Ability to work well in teams.
HCA/CNA certification required.
All applicants will be subject to a background check and TB test.
As this job entails working in close proximity to vulnerable seniors, COVID-19 vaccine and booster are strongly preferred.
