HIRING NOW FOR FULL-TIME BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (BT) POSITIONS!
We are seeking a school-based Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team to serve schools in the greater Seattle, WA and/or Bellevue, WA area.

Behavior Technician Job Duties:
-Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor.
-Collect and record data on patient behavior.
-Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.
-Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family.
-Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
-Maintain strict confidentiality.
-Attend training to acquire further knowledge.
Behavior Technician Requirements:
Washington Department of Health CBT or RBT credential REQUIRED
Childcare experience preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Wage: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Work Schedule Availability for Bellevue: Shifts will be scheduled between 8:15AM - 5:30PM, Mon-Fri
Work Schedule Availability for Seattle: Shifts will be scheduled between 8:45am - 3:15pm, Mon-Fri
