HIRING FOH / LINE CREW (greeter/cashier/server) for WALLINGFORD
45th Stop N Shop is looking for additional staff to join our team! We’re hoping to find a candidates who are ready and willing to work hard, be busy, and stay busy. We've become a staple in the Wallingford community and want to do our best to continue to serve this beautiful neighborhood with quality eats.
We are looking for a front of the house line crew (greeter/cashier/servers) and offer competitive salary (base + tips). More than anything, we’re looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and fit our culture.
Responsibilities and Duties
We work in a collaborative environment. The entire customer facing team is equally responsible for all duties. These include:
Greeting customers as they walk in and ensuring their meal is okay during their dining experience
Taking orders and being 100% knowledgeable of entire menu/ingredients
Opening and closing duties as defined upon hire (prep/re-stocking/inventory/etc)
Cleaning duties as defined upon hire
Being a team member and treating each colleague with respect
Qualifications and Skills
Food/Beverage industry experience preferred
Knowledge of delivery apps preferred (Doordash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, etc)
Must have up to date Food Handlers card
(Food Handler card easy to obtain online)
