We are a high volume full-service breakfast and lunch restaurant, and we want each morning to feel like a there is no other place to be. We’re the place where you can be you, and where our regulars are anything but. Everyone’s welcome at our coffee table.
Accurately, professionally and energetically take beverage orders from Guests and servers, recording immediately in our POS system
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the SWC Beverage Doctrine
Create a welcoming experience for barista counter Guests by learning names and order preferences
Accept Guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change (if applicable)
Maintains bottles, glasses, coffee, and coffee equipment in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including espresso/coffee makers, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
Receive and serve food orders to guests
Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
Maintain proper food procedure with SWC staff

Expert barista attitude and mindset;
Become knowledgeable of SWC food, beverage, and service standards.
able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (8 hours).
able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds.
at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
