The FOH Manager is a multi-faceted position. This position is responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of THEKOI Dining Room, including but not limited to: maintaining superior customer service standards, training, certifying, cleaning, ordering, serving food and beverages, and any and all other tasks as needed in accordance with the Companies standards and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performs all duties and responsibilities to achieve overall success of THEKOI

2. Represents the company in a professional and exemplary manner and promotes the success of the restaurant to guests, staff and any other parties.

3. Oversees the servers and hosts and ensures they are engaging guests in a manner congruent with brand standards.

4. Oversees the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment and upholds and enforces the standards of the Washington State Department of Health.

5. Interacts with guests in a manner that makes them feel comfortable and welcome.

6. Communicates with Ownership nightly any complements or concerns overheard during the performance of one’s duties.

7. Trains and certifies employees on their positions in accordance with company standards.

8. Works to minimize costs, maximize guest perceptions, and maximize profitability for the ownership group.

9. Must possess an advanced knowledge of THEKOI’s food and beverage offerings including ingredients, allergens, dietary limitations, and the restaurant concepts overviews.

10. Performs any and all other duties as assigned by the company, its owners, management partners, or supervisors.
