We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team. If you are a sushi expert with a strong dedication to your craft and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare sushi and sashimi dishes, including rolls, nigiri, and other Japanese delicacies with precision and attention to detail.

Ensure top-quality freshness of ingredients and maintain food safety standards.

Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu innovation and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station.

Interact with customers when needed to provide an exceptional experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Sushi Chef in a restaurant setting.

Deep knowledge of sushi preparation, knife handling, and ingredient selection.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for Japanese cuisine and a commitment to high culinary standards.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

We are also hiring a dedicated Prep Cook to assist in food preparation and support our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their skills in a professional kitchen environment, We are currently looking for a part time position and the opportunity of full time.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the chefs in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.

Maintain a clean and organized prep area and kitchen environment.

Ensure all prep work is completed efficiently and on time.

Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements: Food Handlers Card.

Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
