Sushi Chef Assistant
This position will be assisting the head sushi chef - Working in the sushi bar - preparing fish, ingredients and making sushi rolls.
Previous working experience in sushi bar would be nice not required.
It will be a good opportunity to learn all activities inside and out of the sushi bar and ultimately became a skillful sushi chef.
We are looking for a person responsible and committed to the work.
Responsibilities:
Assist and support fellow team members.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety.
Prepare sushi menu items to order and within specified time
Clean and sanitize work areas during and after shifts
Personal Skills and Requirements:
Demonstrate sound work ethics
Must have reliable transportation
Must be 18 or older
Able to lift a 50 pound bag
Job Types: Full time (Tuesday-Saturday Lunch and Dinner Shifts, about 45-50 hours per week)
Wage: Based On Experience, $18 and up plus tips.
