Looking for a friendly, customer and team focused Bar Tender/Server for in Marination Columbia City. Along with a full cocktail bar, the menu at Marination focuses on complementing Asian and Pacific tastes and flavors.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
At least 2-3 years successful (and recent) experience in a similar environment - 15-20 seats bar in a family friendly, neighborhood setting.
Have complete and comprehensive knowledge of bar related equipment, supplies and lift/carry kegs and other bar related equipment up to 50 pounds
Must be friendly, energetic, professional and honorable; must be willing to support colleagues and serve guests in a professional, respectful manner.
The ideal candidate will have the attitude and demeanor that promotes a memorable experience and repeat business.
Deliver exceptional service by greeting and serving customers in a respectful, friendly manner.
Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
Suggest additional beverage or menu items to customers, as appropriate.
Complete financial transactions correctly with customers as well as shift closing tasks
Support other areas of the restaurant as requested in order to maintain the integrity of the restaurant.
All candidates must have valid documentation to work in the US, have access to standard technologies - working cell phone, texting, internet and have the required State of Washington certifications (MAST, Food Handlers Card and other legal requirements).
