Jack Sprat is an all day cafe, open 7 days a week, 8am-9pm. We are located in the newly-built, carbon neutral apartment building Verde, in Esterra Park in the city of Redmond.
Pizza Poggio is our new flame fired brick oven pizza kitchen located in the middle of the newly opened Esterra Park next door to Jack Sprat. We are looking also for a pizza maker to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced cooks and pizza makers for both our kitchens. Pay is $20/hr + tips which works out to be $23-25/hr. We are looking for energetic upbeat cooks. We are are looking to add new team members. Full time hours available, 10:00 am. to 5:00 pm. daily.
