We are a small locally owned wholesale bakery based out of Marysville, focused on gluten-free and clean baked goods. Currently we are looking to hire 1 new part-time baker/lead/event staff to help us grow. This position would potentially be a hybrid position for the right candidate. With 2 days a week in the kitchen (one baking and one packaging) and the opportunity for additional hours assisting at our various events and farmers markets. Mandatory days and times needed are Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 - 7.
Additionally, this role has the opportunity to grow into a shift lead role (at a higher pay rate) to help oversee product ordering, direct communication order receiving with clients, order fulfillment and staff leadership.
We currently supply over 60 different coffee shops in the Snohomish area and have partnerships with the Seahawks, Whidbey Island Coffee Co, The Whiskey Muse, Snahomish Apothecary and many others.
The Ideal candidate with have "some" previous baking experience and is interested in a growing with us as a leader and advocate for our goals and values.
