Currently, we are looking for some talented cooks. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and a guest first mentality along with a drive to put out a consistently good product in line. Those with attention to detail, strong verbal communication skills (both internal and external) self-motivation, Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, procedures and best practices are essential to this position.
Qualified applicants will:
Be a team player.
Have a strong understanding of basic cooking methods.
Requirements:
Work seamlessly in small kitchen solo and with small team.
Be on time, reliable, organized and tidy.
Responsibilities:
Set up workstations with required ingredients and cooking equipment.
Prepare ingredients to use in cooking
Prep with Skillet, Food Processor, Mixer and Convection Oven
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen, coolers, freezers, dry goods, etc.
Ability to Cook with Crepe Pans, Waffle Machine and Skillets.
Ensure all food and other items are stored and labeled properly.
Follow and complete BOH closing duties.
Valid food handlers permit is required.
23hr with Tips and Meal Shifts are 10am-4pm
Currently looking to Saturday and Sunday with Opportunity for More Shifts. .
