Currently, we are looking for some talented line cooks. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and a guest first mentality along with a drive to put out a consistently good product in line. Those with attention to detail, strong verbal communication skills (both internal and external) self-motivation, Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, procedures and best practices are essential to this position.
Qualified applicants will:
Be highly motivated by creating great food and making people happy.
Be a team player.
Have a strong understanding of basic cooking methods.
Requirements:
Work seamlessly in small kitchen solo and with small team.
Be on time, reliable, organized and tidy.
Manage a small line independently (or with 1 other)
Responsibilities:
Set up workstations with required ingredients and cooking equipment.
Prepare ingredients to use in cooking
Cook orders on Crepe Pans, Skillet, Toaster,Convection Oven
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen, coolers, freezers, dry goods, etc.
Ensure all food and other items are stored and labeled properly.
Follow and complete BOH opening and closing duties.
Valid food handlers permit is required.
Weekend Availability a Must!
23hr with Tips and Meal Shifts are 10am-4pm
