We are looking for an experienced cook/chef available night(closing) and weekends; including dishes Monday night.
Open availability preferred.
A general passion for food is expected, in order to retain the premium quality of our menu and ingredients, and a basic knowledge of different cultural cooking styles.
Required experience includes cooking seafood, steaks and burgers on open flame and flat top style Grills as well and using fryers, ovens and knives.
This person should speak some Spanish, be able to read and write English, and have basic math and computer skills. Must be self driven yet able to work as a team.
Health and safety is a must. Our crew needs a night-time leader that understands the importance of this, and is able to assist the KM in making positive changes.
Starting range for an experienced cook/chef hire is, debatably, $21-22.50.
