Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and unsure food quality
- Lead, train and motivate kitchen staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs
- Maintain a CLEAN, safe and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with management on menu and specials
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a FAST-PACED, team oriented environment
- 2-3 years of breakfast line experience
- Must work weekends & all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas & sometimes New Year's Day.
