We are looking for a Lead Chef to oversee daily operations and my team in a high-volume meal prep kitchen. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to scale recipes, and experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to start at 4am 3 days a week, or to train your team to start early
Bi-lingual would be preferred!
- Be able to scale recipes for large batch cooking
- Be able to ensure completion of meals at hand-in time
- Train, delegate, and manage the team on daily tasks
- Comfortable working in a shared kitchen space
- Knowledge of food safety
- Overall a hard worker willing to learn!
Your salary is based on skill, and your salary will increase as sales and reviews increase. You will also receive performance bonuses.
