Hours: Tuesdays 5:00 – 10:30 pm and Every other Sunday 12:00 - 8:30 pm

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing individual to join our team as an Axe Throwing Instructor and Event Host! No prior axe-throwing experience is required—we’ll provide all necessary training. If you’re someone who loves interacting with people,
can confidently lead large groups, and knows how to bring the energy, this could be the perfect job for you.
Responsibilities:
Lead and Host Events: Welcome and instruct groups in the art of axe throwing, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
Engage with Guests: Set a fun, positive tone and maintain high energy levels to keep guests entertained and engaged.
Demonstrate Proper Techniques: Teach guests how to safely and accurately throw axes.
Ensure Safety Standards: Follow and enforce all safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
Facility Maintenance: Help with general upkeep, including tidying up throwing lanes and equipment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow instructors and venue staff to deliver the best customer experience.
Requirements:
Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with strong public speaking skills
Comfortable speaking and leading groups of up to 20+ people
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks
Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 30 lbs (for equipment setup)
Previous customer service or hosting experience is a plus, but not required
