General Harvest Restaurants (Vendemmia, Autumn, Raccolto, Haerfest, GH Pasta & Pizza , East Anchor Seafood) is thrilled to announce our newest venture Eldr in Ballard, our live fire concept.
We are a cook-from-scratch kitchen showcasing hand-made pastas, sustainably sourced seafood, and seasonal vegetables u sourced from the bountiful Pacific Northwest paired. Along side our delicious food we will offer a seasonal cocktail program, and world class wine program. Our dining room and bar offers an inviting space for families and foodies alike.
We are looking to add line cooks to our growing team. Staying true to who we are, we will be focusing on simple seafood, local vegetables, proteins and of course pasta dishes. The sous chef is trained to cook all stations and lead a small team.
Ideal applicants should have high volume fine dining experience, flexible schedule, team oriented mindset, and an uncompromising values on cooking standards.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards
Manage high volume orders and ensure timely delivery of food
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operations
Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low
Requirements:
Proven experience in a full service restaurant
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to handle high volume orders while maintaining quality and consistency
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
