MAIN DUTIES
Cooking
Cashiering
Setting up/Tearing down before/after each shift
Towing a cart with one of our company vehicles
Clean up
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY
Weekday and Weekend days/nights available
4-6 day/night shifts a week

MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE
Comfortable towing a food cart
Food handlers card
21+ years old
No food handling experience required - we'll teach you everything on the job
PAY (Tips are currently more than $9/hr on average):
Trainee/Cashier
2 - 3 days / half days
$18/hr
Jr Op
1 - 3 months
$19-$22/hour based on sales + tips
$49/operational hour for catering
Sr Op
Must establish consistent standards with food, operation and punctuality
$21-$24/hour based on sales + tips
$51/operational hour for catering
Lead Op/Asst Mgr
After 1 year
$23-$26/hour based on sales + tips
$53/operational hour for catering
This job requires working outside (under cover). We like our workers to treat this as their own business: maintaining a cart (we have 3), establishing an often independent work environment, being decisive and fostering our customer relationship. After training and the first few weeks, you'll have little supervision but still given much support to run a successful hotdog cart!
