We are dedicated to building strong customer relationships and providing high-quality products. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional coffee experience in a welcoming environment.
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys interacting with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
Ensure product quality and consistency
Requirements:
Previous barista experience preferred
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including 4am start times, weekdays and weekends
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
Team player with a positive attitude
