Cook Requirements
Two year experience plus in a full-service restaurant preferred.
Experience in cooking.
Breakfast experience is a must, be able to keep work station clean and organized at all times.
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced family or casual dining environment required.
Must have Food Handlers Card
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively within a team.
Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive.
Be able to work in a standing position with lots of movement around the BOH for extended periods of time and able to lift 40 lbs.
Must have great energy and the Ability to multi task.
Ability to work under pressure during busy periods. Must be willing to work days, weekends or some holidays. Must have open availability.
Cook wages, $22 starting, plus tips $3-$6 per hour paid daily in cash.
