We are currently looking for a Cleaning Specialist to join a respectful, friendly team at a large private estate and nearby properties. In this role, you’ll help keep both indoor and outdoor areas clean, safe, and ready for daily use. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in cleaning, and like working as part of a team, this is a great opportunity. You’ll focus on maintaining common areas inside the home and on the property grounds.

-Pay Range: $28-$30 per hour

-Length of Assignment: Full-time/Long-Term Contract
-Location: Bellevue/Onsite 5 days a week.
-Work Schedule: 7:15-3:30pm (weekends as needed)
Required:
-Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and credit check.
-Must have valid Driver's License.
-Must have reliable transportation to Bellevue, WA
Key Responsibilities:
Interior & General Housekeeping:
Clean floors, dust furniture, and empty trash
Clean bathrooms, showers, tubs, and sinks
Keep kitchen and pantry areas clean
Spot clean carpets and soft furniture (like chairs and sofas)
Make beds and keep bedrooms tidy
Wash, fold, and iron laundry; help manage dry cleaning
Carefully clean fancy items like silver, crystal, and fine furniture
Keep common staff areas neat and clean
Follow the garbage and recycling schedule
Clean special areas like mechanical rooms and interstitial spaces
Be careful when cleaning near artwork and valuable items
Report any damage or problems in the house
Exterior & Specialty Cleaning:
Wash windows (inside and outside)
Clean patios, decks, and outdoor furniture
Sweep outside areas and remove cobwebs
Clean cars, boats, and other equipment
Help prepare outdoor areas during seasonal changes (like summer setup)
Tidy courtyard trash area
Support for Events & Team Operations:
Help with special events (setup and cleanup)
Work closely with other house team members
Follow all safety rules and instructions
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional cleaning or janitorial experience (private home, hotel, or office cleaning)
Comfortable working alone or with a team
Attention to detail and pride in doing a good job
Can follow instructions and work safely
Has a driver’s license and reliable transportation
Can pass a background check and credit check
Can occasionally work evenings or weekends if needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required.
