Cinnaholic is located in the heart of Capital Hill. We are looking for individuals that have amazing customer service skills, eager to work, want to learn how to bake amazing deserts and bakery items.
We are looking for individuals who understand thier indivual brand is as important as the Cinnaholic Brand. We are looking for a long term employee that is responsible, flexiable and can be self motivated with little management involvement.
Seeking Canidates to fullfill evening shift and at times mid shift to work primarily the front end customer service. Does not exclude helping with baking and cleaning

Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure quality and safety of products
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking bakery supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
Qualifications:
-Able to provide at least one professional reference.
- Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by the bakery's operating hours
