We are looking for someone that is willing to bring their ideas and to work as a team.
Responsibilities:
Food preparation (i.e. cutting vegetables, cutting meats, preparing sauces, etc.)
Consistent food prep and service following Chef’s specifications
Stock the line with food prep and necessary tools prior to service
Work as a team on the line during service
Work all aspects of the line: fryer, grill, or pantry
Maintain an organized and clean work environment
Leave the workstation clean and organized at the end of shift
Openness to asking clarifying questions and receiving feedback
Carry out a positive and professional relationship with coworkers
Availability on weekends and evenings
We have a company managed tip pool for Line Cooks
You will earn one hour of WA Paid Sick Leave for every 40 hours worked
