Responsibilities:
Unloading vans of dirty dishes, utensils, and equipment promptly upon arrival.
Operating commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
Ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
Organizing and storing clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas.
Assisting with general cleaning tasks in the kitchen and storage areas as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
