Diamond Knot Brewery & Alehouse in Mukilteo, WA, 98275 is looking to meet Brewpub Managers. Our ideal candidate is currently working or recently employed and looking for a change. Someone with experience in achieving stated results through standardized systems in a high-volume restaurant setting would excel in this role. Operational experience/knowledge that spans front and back of house is a plus.
Starting base salary of $67,725 with potential to reach $84,600 after profit sharing incentive program (2024)

We are a beer first company with multiple retail locations and wholesale producer of beer in cans, bottles, and draft distribution for the PNW. In our 29th year, Diamond Knot is still a leader and innovator in the craft beer industry in the Puget Sound region. Many of our beers, specifically our flagship India Pale Ale set the benchmark for IPA’s in the PNW.
Diamond Knot’s original brewery and alehouse is in a building that has housed a pub for over 20 years. Before the building became a pub, it was a bus garage used by the local transit company and the main roll-up door can still be seen just inside our front door. The original thick, sturdy wooden beams and open plank ceiling, give the building a wharf-like atmosphere that fits perfectly with the nautical feel and the waterfront on which we are located. At the Brewery & Alehouse, you’ll find a casual family friendly atmosphere where you and your friends can enjoy our fine beers handcrafted in either of our two Mukilteo breweries.
