We are hiring for a Restaurant Helper position at our Bellevue restaurant.
Restaurant Helper ( up to $20 / Hr , 20-25 hours a week)
Rought timings are :
Thursday - 10:30 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday - 10:30 am - 5:30 pm
Sunday - 10:30 am - 5:30 pm
This position is based in Bellevue
Job Responsibilities:
Must Do
You will be a restaurant helper or associate working with other associates involved in the opertions of the restaurant that includes order taking, prepping the food, assembling the food, cleaning of the restaurant. We have a collaborative work culture and everybody helps.
As explained above this is currently a part time position with hours on thursday, saturday and sunday morning. But as need arises, we can expand this to full time. However the appliucanbt should be available three days for sure.
You will be well versed in all aspects of the job
- Cashier : Greet the customers and explain the menu to customers and answer their questions.
- Order Management : Take customer orders, manage the Point of Sale systems and cash box and
pass the orders to the assembly line, manage delivery orders from delivery tablets such as Doordash, Grubhub,
Ubereats, etc, take phone calls from customers and convert them to orders.
- Food preparation and handling
Skills and Experiences:
Must haves
Worked as a associate in a restaurant or fast food environment for atleast 1 year
Excellent communication skills in English
Spanish is a plus
Great to have
Experience in a fast-food restaurant like Mcdonalds, subway, chipotle etc.
Requirements:
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, mornings and nights
Super punctual to the restaurant
A positive attitude, polite to customers and other employees and a team person.
