9lb Hammer and Maude's are looking to hire for multiple bartending shifts!
9lb Hammer is a classic neighborhood shot and beer bar in the heart of Georgetown. We close at 2am seven days a week with a great late night crowd. We have a 20 seat bar top and two rooms full of booths and tables with an extra cozy bonus room off to the back. Our adjoining bar next door, Maude's, features a 30+ seat full wrap around bar top with four large booths. Kitchen serves both sides with classic American fare.
We are seeking friendly, outgoing, and motivated professionals that can thrive in this environment.
Requirements-
-21+
-weekend availability
-be able to work solo or with others and maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar
-prior bartending experience including cocktails, beer, wine, and food
-class 12/food permit
-POS knowledge (currently using TOAST)
$17.25/hr plus tips (credit card tips paid out in cash daily) with opportunity for health/dental/life insurance plus 401(k) with company match for those who qualify.
