### Job Description:
Join our team at Kolby’s donut house as a Bakery Crew Member, where you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our bakery. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about baking, enjoy fast-paced environments, and are committed to providing excellent customer service. As a Bakery Crew Member, you will assist with baking, customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting shop environment.
### Responsibilities:
- Assist bakers and chefs in the preparation of baked goods.
- Operate baking machinery and tools, including mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters, under supervision.
- Package, display, and sell various bakery products.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and customer areas.
- Serve customers promptly and courteously, taking orders and processing payments.
- Restock ingredients and supplies, keeping track of inventory levels.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and standards in food handling and production.
- Assist in the creation of new menu items and daily specials.
- Help resolve any customer issues with positive outcomes.
### Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the bakery field.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
