King Leroy / GSB is opening a new combined location in Lincoln Square South in Bellevue. We are seeking a versatile and driven individual to fill the AGM role.
This will be an hourly, tipped position that will assist in managing both the King Leroy (full bar) and Great State (quick service) sides of the restaurant. Candidates will need to have experience with full service, bartending, and ordering. They will be the person in charge when the GM is not in the store, and will be expected to help with coaching the staff and addressing customer concerns.
This is a perfect position for an ambitious restaurant professional looking to take a step into management. We'll be working hard together to build something new, exciting, and financially successful.
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
Training wage: 19.97 to 19.97/hour
Starting pay: $20/hour to $20/hour plus tips
Pay range for position: $20/hour to $23/hour plus tips.
This is a tip-pooled house. Tips are calculated daily x hours worked - approx $12 per hour.
Requirements for the position:
Hold active state-required permits.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and spend up to six hours standing/walking.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Paid time off / Paid Sick Leave -
-For part-time (Working 25 or fewer hours a week /seasonal employees) - As required under Washington's Paid Sick Leave law, the employee will be accruing 0.025 hours of Paid Sick Leave for each hour worked.
-For full-time employees (Working 25 or more hours a week): the employee will be accruing 0.038 hours of Paid Time Off for each hour worked up to 80 hours a year. After 5 years of working with the company, the employee will start accruing 0.057 hours of Paid Time Off up to 120 hours a year.
