Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain hashtag #WFM databases and #reportingsystems to ensure accurate and timely data availability.
Manage and optimize code repositories using #GitHub, ensuring efficient version control and collaboration.
Design, implement, and maintain #cloudinfrastructure solutions on #Azure, including compute, storage, and networking.
Automate workflows and processes using #StackStorm, integrating various tools and services for seamless operations.
Monitor and analyze application and infrastructure performance using #NewRelic, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Collaborate with #development and #operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to #code, #infrastructure, and performance monitoring.
Document processes and best practices for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Monitor application performance and ensure availability as per #SLAs
Diagnose and troubleshoot application-related issues (L1/L2/L3 support).
Provide #rootcauseanalysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Log and track incidents using #ITSM tools (e.g., #ServiceNow, #Jira, #Remedy).
Work with developers to analyze and fix defects.
Perform minor enhancements and configurations as required.
Test patches and updates before deployment.
Monitor logs, databases, and system health metrics.
Optimize queries and scripts to improve application performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in #ComputerScience, hashtag #InformationTechnology, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in #ApplicationMaintenance / #Support.
Strong proficiency in #Databricks, #Azure, #Java / #Spring, #BlueYonder WFM (Web and Mobile), and #SQL.
Experience with #cloudinfrastructure management, particularly on #Azure.
Expertise in #versioncontrolsystems, particularly hashtag #GitHub.
Familiarity with #automationtools such as #StackStorm
Experience with performance monitoring tools, particularly #NewRelic.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with #ITSM tools such as #ServiceNow, #Jira, or #Remedy.
