The Tactical Intelligence Supervisor will provide customer service, and team leadership, to our clients and staff by carrying out tactical intelligence monitoring, analysis, and virtual response to incidents and impacts, responding to critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner. the Tactical Intelligence Supervisor will complete detailed reports and projects as assigned or as warranted based on written procedures.Qualifications/Requirements:

At least 18 years of age

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience

Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines

Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs

Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test, may be required to pass Drivers Record check

Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites

Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently

Display exceptional customer service and communication skills

Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently

Able to:

Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat

Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds

Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift

Additional Job Functions

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s operations, organizational structure, and security needs.

Remain up to date on international, national, state, and local news in addition to security trends, potential threats, and other developments that could affect client operations and reputation.

Conduct proactive open-source intelligence research to detect ongoing and upcoming events that may pose reputational, operational, or security threats to the client.

Write concise incident summaries of incidents that have or may affect client assets.

Triage, research, and synthesize threat assessments from a variety of information sources on topics including, but not limited to natural hazards, crime, and civil unrest.

Produce and provide threat briefings to client stakeholders during crises.

Conduct thorough quality checks on reports and ensure grammatical and spelling accuracy.

Create maps to accompany intelligence products.

Populate intelligence databases from open sources.

Provide feedback, training, discipline and corrective action for direct reports.

Facilitate scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping duties as directed by management.

Conduct review of products prior to release to client systems.

Maintain and uphold standards of conduct.

Implement program functions, as assigned by management.

Perform other duties as assigned by client, or as listed in the scope of work agreed upon by Allied Universal

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
