Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Support Engineer II to join their team. As a Support Engineer II, you will be part of the Mobile Apps Release Department , supporting cross-functional teams involved in mobile shopping app releases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , excellent communication skills , and the ability to work independently , which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Support Engineer IILocation:Hybrid, Seattle, WA, USPay Range:$30/hrWhat’s the Job?

Release mobile shopping apps on both iOS and Android platforms.

Collaborate with partner developer teams to test and confirm app readiness for release.

Coordinate with teams to fix issues, conduct further testing, and give the go-ahead for app release.

Create detailed release plans, ensuring accuracy in information such as version numbers.

Write email release updates and communicate with developer teams effectively.

What’s Needed?

2+ years of developer support experience.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Self-motivation with a proactive mindset, ensuring a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a Linux environment.

Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.

Degree or Certification:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a similar field (preferred but not required).

Top 3 Required Skills:

Strong communication skills to professionally relay information.

Keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently.

This position is responsible for the manual process of releasing mobile shopping apps.
