The Amazon Fresh Grocery team is looking for a Sr. Category Manager to lead selection for seasonal events!In this role, you will lead the vision for seasonal selection, which serves as the backbone of seasonal event experience in store and online for customers. You will be the lead for strategy, and work cross-functionally with other Category Managers, Marketing, Events, and Instock to deliver a winning seasonal Customer Experience in stores and online.Key job responsibilities
Lead event selection strategy and leadership reviews by collecting insights, analyzing past performance as well as partnering with category managers and vendors. This includes building guidelines, tenets and goals
Lead director and VP level event assortment reviews to share plans and expected performance
Ensure event performance is up to par by tracking performance versus goals and taking corrective actions
Partner with selection tools, Customer Insights and BI/BAs to inform tool or data improvements needed

5+ years of with Excel experience
Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
Experience with business analysis and P&L management
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
Experience in account management, project/program management, or buying

The base pay for this position ranges from $96,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
