Description A Fortune 100 Technology and Ecommerce enterprise is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to focus on Subscription features and contribute to various innovative projects. The Subscriptions team aims to enhance the overall customer experience by developing cutting-edge products.Client: Fortune 100 Technology and Ecommerce CompanyRole: Senior UX DesignerLocation: Seattle, WA (hybrid-onsite 3 days/week)Hours: 40 hours/weekPay Rate: $70-75/hrResponsibilities:As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating world-class, user-centered designs that span voice, multimodal, web, and mobile applications. Collaborate closely with Conversation Designers and the Research team to ensure a consistent and delightful experience across all touchpoints. Partner with the Product Management team to translate business requirements into use cases and high-level customer experience requirements. Work directly with Software Engineers to bring your designs and vision to market. Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes. Maintain detailed user-interface specifications and present design work to the design team, product team, and leadership for review and feedback.Requirements Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as an interaction designer, user interface designer, conversational designer, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or their functional equivalents.
An available online portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent design-related field, or commensurate industry experience.
Ability to efficiently handle complex concepts and generate detailed flows, mockups, or prototypes reflecting a range of options.
Strong ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multitask in an agile environment.
Effective communication, presentation, and the ability to defend design decisions gracefully.
Experience with multiple platforms and form factors, including phone, tablet, multi-modal, and wearables.
Previous experience in building voice-based products and services is a plus.
