Senior Program Manager - Responsible AI

As a program manager, you’ll drive critical initiatives while working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, exciting environment. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying deliverables, as well as managing workflows, structuring dynamic solutions based on client needs and feedback, and crafting communications with stakeholders. Along the way, you’ll support clients and fellow consultants to ensure quality delivery and professional growth. What you'll doDevelop and deliver a training plan, including drafting materials, to educate employees on responsible AI principles, development and deployment considerations, and compliance requirements.Support our client's Responsible AI program's internal operations and program management, including tracking the team’s progress against our work plan and coordinating regular updates to key stakeholders on both operational and compliance metrics.Support Responsible AI Governance activities, like managing RAI-related agenda items for the AI Governance Council and coordinating input from multiple stakeholders, at multiple levels of seniority.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI systems are designed and implemented in line with eBay’s ethical standards and regulatory requirements.About the team The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients- toughest business challenges.
